We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (€12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Available for all orders

Free Shipping:

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Available for orders over €50

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Conditions

Return Process

  3. Ship the Product: Carefully package the item and send it back using the provided label.
  4. Inspection: We’ll inspect the returned item within 3 business days of receipt.
  5. Refund or Exchange: You’ll receive confirmation and either your refund or replacement product.

Refund Information

Once your return is approved:
